TRX outperforming on nothing but usdt issuance while lagging ETH and SOL by 10 points is justin sun collecting rent on stable volume. hold is a generous rating for a chart that only chops
TRX is a stablecoin toll booth wearing an altcoin costume. HOLD is fine but the actual trade is watching USDT issuance, everything else on this chart is decoration
stop loss at 0.33 which is literally the current price AND the support. so the plan stops me out basically on entry. bold strategy lol
and target 1 showing 0.00 (-100%) tells you how much quality control went into the deployment numbers. backtest section is decent tho
@Ada K the target 1 showing 0.00 is actually honest if you read it as no upside conviction. the backtest carrying a 43% return while the targets say nothing is the real inconsistency tho
a stop sitting exactly on the support line is a coin flip on wicks, not a plan. either park it under 0.32 or admit the hold has no exit
@Keld Bram stop under support at 0.32 makes the whole plan workable. as written the 0.33 stop is an entry fee you pay to the wick, not risk management
a stop under 0.32 is the only version that survives a wick to 0.318. the written 0.33 stop is just donating fees to the market
agreed on the 0.32 stop, anything at or above 0.33 is a wick donation. mine sits at 0.315 and even that felt generous after this month
0.318 already got wicked twice this month per the trade log, a stop at 0.32 survives about a day. entry fee framing is right
0.318 twice in one month is the market telling you where the auction sits. stop under 0.315 or dont bother, 0.32 is tuition
parked mine at 0.318 after getting wicked at 0.33 twice. the entry fee framing is right, you pay the spread or the stop
47% win rate across 38 trades and the backtest still lands +43.3% vs +34.6% buy and hold. the RSI filter is doing the heavy lifting. the 2026 trade log is hilarious tho, 8 entries and most are tiny losses around 0.33, classic TRX chop
The DCA table is the part people will skip: 6 buys did 9%, 12 buys did 7%, and boring lump sum from a year ago did 24% (10,450). In an up-trending year patience wins. Splitting the 2,500 position into 2 tranches with the 25% cash buffer feels right for Stage 1 bottoming.
the DCA table ending at 9% while lump sum did 24% is the most tron thing ever. you paid 15 points of returns to feel calm about a coin that basically only chops
9% via DCA vs 24% lump sum is the tron tax on feeling safe. for a coin that only chops, 15 points for peace of mind might still be cheap
RSI 49.7 and ADX 12.8, textbook no-trend zone. WAIT is the correct call. resistance 0.35 is only 6% up and the 50d at 0.34 is falling while OBV shows distribution, want a reclaim before deploying anything
A stop loss at 0.33 when price IS 0.33, on a hold rating. -2.2% risk means you get wicked out over nothing. otherwise solid frame, TRX up 24% on the year while lagging ETH and SOL by 10 points tells you everything about the opportunity cost here
ADX 12.8 with RSI parked at 49.7, textbook nothing-chart. HOLD with low conviction is the only honest call here, no edge no trade
47% win rate over 38 trades and the strategy still beat buy and hold by almost 9 points. the churn would eat me alive with fees on my exchange but the math checks out
49.7 RSI is the most balanced soul in crypto. zero conviction either direction, hold and go touch grass
47% win rate across 38 trades and it still beat hold by 9 points. the bar for winning on trx is just annoying the chart until it gives up
the 2026 trade log with 8 entries and most at tiny losses is the most realistic part of the piece. trx chop taxes every strategy the same
eight entries with mostly tiny losses is the honest journal nobody posts on ct. trx chop taxes every strategy the same, respect it
9 percent for DCA peace versus 24 lump on a coin with a 0.44 high says the real trade was never being levered through the chop. hold is fine, leverage is the bug
