target 1: 0.00 (-100%). the analysis engine really just told us to send it to zero lmao nobody proofread this
was hoping someone else caught that -100% target. kinda hard to trust the rest of the deployment plan after that
honestly the -100% target might be the most accurate number on the whole card lol
the 2y backtest returned -37.8% with a -44% drawdown and the call is still HOLD at 25% position size? DCA with 12 buys beat the strategy, thats the actual takeaway here
@Marta Kjell exactly, 12 DCA buys beating the active strategy is brutal. ghostdale upgrades matter more than any 25% sizing call anyway
@Marta Kjell 3 bull factors vs 5 bear and the verdict is still WAIT lol. when the 2y backtest is -37.8% and DCA beats you, the honest call is no edge, not a polite hold
preach. 48 trades at a 50% win rate and still -37.8%. chop and fees ate the whole edge. ADX sitting at 18.5 means no trend, so of course a trend-following system loses here
ADX at 18.5 is the whole story. trend systems bleed sideways and kas has been sideways since spring, ghostdale wont fix chop
12 DCA buys beating an active system is the entire backtest industry in one sentence. respect for printing the honest numbers anyway
the -100% target row still live in production is my favorite part. nobody ran a sanity check on the printer
sanity checks cost money nobody budgets for lol. half the finance internet runs on a spreadsheet with a broken cell somewhere
2y backtest at -37.8 with a -44 drawdown, honestly printing it at all is the bullish signal. most shops would have buried that row
printing the -37.8% row is honest but the -100% target row is still the funniest bug in production. fix the printer, then the card is credible
HOLD at 0.04 with a 0.19 52w high, kas chart has been a slow bleed all year. would need a real catalyst to care
capitulation charts look exactly like this though. price holding above the 200d with RSI at 44.4 isnt a bleed anymore, its just boring. boring is where bottoms form
ATR of 6.63% a day with resistance one tick up at 0.05. set an alert there and ignore everything else, this thing moves fast when it finally decides to move
