From 11.60 to 0.96 is a 91.8% drawdown and people still ask if DOT is cheap. RSI at 35.9 with OBV pointing down means nobody serious is accumulating. I sold my bag at 4 and even that felt late.
Getting out at 4 beats my plan of holding to sub-1. The 2 bull vs 6 bear factor split matches the chart too, pure distribution all the way down.
sold at 4 after riding it down from double digits is basically a win tbh, respect for taking the exit early. im just wondering if that 0.88 support even holds with OBV this weak
OBV has been bleeding for months so I would not lean on 0.88 too hard. If it breaks you are straight into that 0.73 air pocket with no bid underneath
getting out at 4 after buying double digits was the correct violence. most of this market would still be averaging down into a 92 percent drawdown and calling it conviction
shorting a 10k deployment plan into a 0.96 dot is bold. the borrow on illiquid alt books will eat whatever the chart gives you
Vol ratio 0.35 on every bounce attempt tells the story. Price under both the 50d and 200d, MACD negative, and the only bull case left is a golden cross from months ago. AVOID is the honest call here.
The volume point is the one nobody wants to hear. Every relief candle since summer came on weak OBV. Calling this Stage 3 topping is generous, looks closer to full capitulation.
grim but true. RSI 35.9 isnt even oversold enough for a bounce worth trading, usually you want sub 30 for that. the 0.73 low from the table is the only number im watching now
sub 30 RSI is where the dead cat bounces live, at 35.9 you are just catching chop on the way down. 0.73 is the line but even that only matters if volume finally shows up
the harsher take is that DOT now trades purely as an index of ecosystem hope. no fresh narrative, no retail onboarding story, and parachain slots do not make headlines anymore. hard to buy a bounce without a reason for one
parachain auctions were the last real retail onboarding story and that ended years ago. dot needs a new reason to exist before any support level matters
agreed on the narrative vacuum. but a sell rating at 0.96 with a 92 percent drawdown already priced in is more tombstone than trade. who exactly is left to sell
52w high 11.60 down to 0.96 and the call is still sell. at some point you are fading a dead bounce and that is how accounts die, not how they get saved
The 10,000 backtest on 50d/200d crossovers looks tidy until you factor ATR at 7.69% a day. Whipsaws would shred that system in a market this choppy. Still, hard to argue with AVOID under 1 dollar.
