1.59 against a 52 week high of 11.62 is brutal. i still think the render network has real GPU demand behind it but the chart is a falling knife and the analysis is right to say avoid
Falling knife is exactly right. The backtest lost 42 percent across 59 trades with a 42 percent win rate. That is a system telling you to stand aside.
real gpu demand exists but ai compute pricing keeps sliding, render is downstream of that curve. falling knife is the right call until a base forms
the DCA table is the funniest part. lump sum a year ago is up 15 percent yet every other timing split except the 6 buy one is red. timing this thing is a coin flip
lump sum winning while every staged entry bleeds tells you the trend did all the work. flip the timeframe and the same table screams never lump sum, these dca tables are propaganda either way
It is worse than a coin flip with that 42 percent win rate. Also worth noting the stop at 1.36 sits just below the 1.46 support, so if that level breaks you are out fast.
the 1.36 stop under 1.46 support is tight enough that normal weekend noise takes you out. rather short the actual breakdown than short into support this close
that stop under 1.46 support is doing a lot of heavy lifting. one wick through it and the risk reward on the short flips completely
the dca table is only a coin flip if you treat lump sum as luck. up 15 percent while every staged entry bleeds is just time in market winning again
golden cross and a rising 50d against six bear factors and price below both MAs. yeah im good, this can bounce without me
the gpu demand argument keeps ignoring that render competes with idle consumer cards, not datacenter contracts. the 86 percent drawdown is the market pricing that in
