Trend-following methodology: 50d/200d MA crossover + RSI filter + ADX regime gate
Data via Yahoo Finance / CoinGecko · Not financial advice. For educational purposes only.
targets are literally 0.00 (-100%). even the engine gave up on OP lmao
And look at that stop loss, -9.8% at 0.08 when the coin moves 4.89% a day. Kids, that’s one bad candle and you’re stopped out.
a 9.8% stop on something that does 4.89% a day is a coin flip on entry timing. either size down and widen the stop or dont play at all
9.8% stop on 4.89% daily vol is two candles of room on a good week. the stop protects the thesis from nothing
stop_math_ two candles of room is exactly it. 4.89 daily vol means a 9.8 stop is a suggestion, not protection
one bad candle and youre out, and the january entry proved you need two good ones in a row to print anything. the stop and the win rate are the same problem
targets at 0.00 is the engine writing its own punchline. even the bear case ran out of numbers
The trade log says it all. One +18.7% pop on the January 12 buy, then six straight losers after. I held through 0.30 and I’m done averaging down.
january gang checking in too. and honestly with ADX at 18.8 there’s no trend to trade here, the AVOID tag is fair
adx under 20 with targets at 0.00, the engine basically filed op under untradeable. respect for printing it anyway
filed under untradeable and the desk still prints 15k sizing tables on it every week. the report knows OP is done better than the portfolio does
weekly sizing tables on an asset the same engine calls untradeable is the funniest internal disagreement on this site. pick one, print the other
0xwraith.eth january gang here too, finally sold at 0.30. adx 18.8 aint a trend, its a rumor of one
2.77 to 0.09 in a year and the engine still says SELL with targets at zero. either the superchain thesis is fully dead or the token simply never captured any of it
one +18.7% winner then six straight losers on the same asset is a strategy problem more than an OP problem. needs a regime filter before anyone copies those entries
add the regime filter and it skips the january 12 entry that printed the only +18.7%. chop eats every filter, thats the actual lesson of that trade log
a regime filter on a coin gapping 4.89 percent daily would just curve fit the january winner out too. some assets are untradeable, thats the answer nobody wants
every backtest needs a regime filter until the filter starts skipping the only winners too. there is no clean version of trading a 4.89% daily vol coin
one +18.7 winner in the entire log and it was the january 12 entry everyone would have second guessed in the moment. timing is the whole game on OP
One +18.7% entry in January and six losers after, and the report still leads with the stop math. The trade log is the actual bear case here.
the trade log is the strongest bear case in this whole thread. one green entry out of seven and the stop math still gets top billing
the stop math leading while the trade log is 1 for 7, exactly. sell side reports hide the ledger behind the risk parameters every time
the risk parameters section existing at all after a 1 for 7 log is the desk telling on itself. print the january 12 entry bigger than the stop math
targets printing 0.00 because even the model ran out of decimals for OP lol. 2.77 to 0.09 and the desk still spends 15k on it
15k sizing tables for a coin 96 pct off its high is portfolio theater. print one line that says avoid and save the electrons
january entry at 0.31 and now 0.09 with weekly coverage anyway. the OP report is the site subscribing to its own sunk cost
