respect for calling HOLD on HBAR instead of forcing a trade. price under the 200d says wait
First one of these deep dives in a while where the backtest is actually green, +15.7% vs -47.9% for hold on HBAR. And the verdict is WAIT. Funny how that works, the system likes the coin less exactly when the numbers say it should like it more.
Sindre Hol the catch is price below the 200d at 0.08, Stage 3 topping. The backtest made its money on quick flips, look at the trade log, nothing held longer than a day. Different game entirely.
ledgerlars right, and the trade log is the tell. a 43 percent win rate only works because nothing was held overnight. below the 200d that habit stops being optional
Sindre Hol the system being green and still saying WAIT is exactly the point. 47 trades at 43% win rate survived by exiting fast, and under the 200d there is no exit that saves you from an 0.08 air pocket
the +15.7% vs -47.9% split makes sense once you read the trade log, every winner was a sub-day flip. WAIT under 0.09 is just that same discipline applied to entries
47 trades, 43% win rate, still +15.7% while buy and hold lost half. risk management is the whole game
this. -47.9% buy and hold vs +15.7% systematic on the same asset should end the argument
43% win rate on 47 trades and the equity curve still beat hold by 60 points. exits are where these systems actually earn their money
Targets 1 and 2 both showing 0.00 with -100% return has to be a data bug in the engine, worth flagging to the devs. Meanwhile support at 0.07 and resistance at 0.09 means a coin flip on an 0.01 move. WAIT is the right call.
noticed the 0.00 targets too, -100% return is clearly the engine dividing by something it shouldnt. RSI 58.6 and ADX numbers look clean tho, just the target rows broke
kjetil_brg flagged the same 0.00 target rows. my guess is the engine chokes when price is this far under the 200d, division by a near zero trend slope. numbers everywhere else look sane
same read. the verdict row and the 0.09 resistance are consistent, the 0.00 rows are just the engine dividing by a flat trend slope. WAIT still stands
verdict row carrying the whole report while the target engine divides by zero lol. anyway 0.07 support is the real line, one more flush toward it and im interested regardless of what WAIT says
one flush into 0.07 with obv still climbing is the entry this whole thread is waiting for
WAIT standing on a clean verdict row while the target engine prints zeros. the bug forced everyone to actually read the levels box
kjetil_brg same, those 0.00 target rows broke for me too. RSI 58.6 with ADX that weak means trend slope near zero, division chokes on it. targets are cosmetic anyway, the verdict row is what matters
got the same 0.00 target rows, but the levels box still lists 0.09 as resistance so the actual signal looks unaffected. more of a display bug than a broken thesis imo
got the same 0.00 target rows, but the levels box still lists 0.09 as resistance so the actual signal looks unaffected. more of a display bug than a broken thesis imo
7 bull factors and it still prints WAIT because price sits a hair under the 200d at 0.08. honestly the only honest read, resistance at 0.09 is right there anyway
hbar at 0.08 with resistance at 0.09. one satoshi of patience and you get a better entry or a confirmation, either way you win
0.08 under the 200d with the 52w high at 0.40. honestly the -80 percent drawdown box is doing more work in this WAIT call than any indicator on the page
honestly the -80 percent drawdown stat applies to basically every 2021 alt. its why the 200d filter earns its keep even when it makes the system look boring
obv climbing while price sits at 0.08 under the 200d is the only reason i havent written hbar off completely. break 0.09 and this whole WAIT reads different
obv climbing under the 200d is the classic coiled spring setup. but patience at 0.08 costs nothing, waiting for 0.09 confirmation costs a few percent. cheap insurance
