Dinner With Trump for the Top 185 TRUMP Memecoin Holders — While 989,000 Wallets Sit on 3.81 Billion in Losses

The company behind the TRUMP memecoin is offering 185 holders seats at a November 22 dinner with President Donald Trump — while the token itself trades around 2.04 dollars, roughly 97 percent below its January 2025 peak.

Fight Fight Fight LLC, the company operating the TRUMP Coin Club, announced a gala at Trump National in Washington, D.C., with eligibility determined by a November 12 snapshot of a leaderboard that scores holders on how many tokens they keep and how long they keep them. It is the latest chapter in a token that has already generated billions in holder losses — and it raises a familiar question for retail investors: who is really paying for the party?

The Hook: Buy, Hold, and Maybe Get Dinner

Under the published leaderboard rules, participants earn points based on token holdings and holding time during the measurement period, with standings updating daily. The top 185 qualify for the dinner, while the top 29 receive a VIP reception and front-row seating. The top four VIP holders qualify for an 18-karat gold Trump watch, with additional gifts — a fragrance, a commemorative poster, a trading card and a Fight Fight Fight watch — handed out in person, with no shipping available.

There is a catch worth underlining. According to the registration page, existing Coin Club membership or participation in an earlier contest does not automatically enter a holder into the November competition — a separate dinner registration is required. The rules also contain conflicting windows: the event page lists the scoring period as September 30 through November 12, while the project’s terms, last modified September 29, specify October 5 through November 12.

  • 185 holders qualify for the November 22 dinner via a time-weighted leaderboard
  • Top 29 receive VIP access; top four receive 18K gold watches
  • November 12, 1 p.m. Eastern — snapshot moment that fixes the guest list; VIPs must keep holding through November 22 or forfeit bonuses (dinner attendance remains)
  • 10 percent bonus — offered to Formula 1 contest participants, but only if they retain at least their October 1 token balance for the full dinner window

On-Chain Evidence: The Losses Behind the Leaderboard

The dinner contest is designed to reward sustained holding — and the numbers explain why organizers need that incentive. According to Nansen’s analysis reported in July, nearly 989,000 wallets recorded about 3.81 billion dollars in combined losses through the end of June, including losses on completed sales and the declining value of tokens still held. Roughly two-thirds of wallets that purchased TRUMP lost money, while fewer than 500,000 profitable wallets recorded about 4 billion dollars in gains, concentrated among early buyers.

The token traded near 2.04 dollars on October 1, down from a peak near 73 to 75 dollars in January 2025. Meanwhile, Trump’s financial disclosure, cited in that coverage, reported a 636 million dollar payout tied to the memecoin and at least 1.4 billion dollars in crypto-related income. The project’s own website states that CIC Digital LLC and Fight Fight Fight LLC collectively own 80 percent of the token allocation, subject to a three-year unlocking schedule, and identifies CIC Digital and Celebration Cards LLC as recipients of trading revenue.

The Core Conflict: Access for Tokens, and a Warning Label

The November gathering follows a May 2025 dinner for the top 220 holders and an April 2026 event for 297 holders. That April gala drew a letter from Senators Elizabeth Warren, Adam Schiff and Richard Blumenthal seeking documents about event planning, attendee vetting and financial arrangements. “Congress must also take steps to prohibit and prevent these egregious conflicts of interest,” the senators wrote. A Bloomberg analysis cited at the time suggested 19 of the top 25 holders in the earlier contest were likely foreign nationals. For the November event, the terms exclude citizens and residents of Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Russia, Syria and Yemen, along with comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions.

The scrutiny has not stopped. On August 4, Warren and Blumenthal asked the SEC, in a letter addressed to Chair Paul Atkins, to investigate whether the token involved fraudulent activity or improper insider gains — a request, not an announced enforcement finding. On-chain analyst EmberCN also reported in August that wallets associated with Trump Digital Gold sold 824.54 million GOLD tokens — about 82 percent of that separate token’s supply — for roughly 1.01 million dollars.

Market Implications: Read the Fine Print Before Buying a Seat

Here is what matters for a regular investor. To climb this leaderboard, you must buy and hold a token that has lost about 97 percent of its value, through a window that ends November 12 — and VIPs must keep holding through November 22 to keep their bonuses. In effect, the contest structure asks holders to absorb market risk in exchange for the chance at dinner access. The project’s own winter-event terms state plainly that leaderboard activity may increase volatility and that price gains may be temporary, and warn that promotional events do not mean the companies behind the token have stopped disposing of their holdings under a previously announced plan.

Arkham Intelligence’s July tracking adds another layer: it followed 16.84 million TRUMP tokens, worth about 16.91 million dollars, moving to three Fireblocks custody addresses, and questioned whether the transactions involved token unlock distributions.

The Verdict: A Raffle Ticket Priced in Drawdown

Memecoins live and die on attention, and a presidential dinner is the strongest attention magnet in the market. But the structural facts have not changed: insiders control 80 percent of supply on a slow unlock, the majority of historical buyers are underwater, and the contest rewards the exact behavior — holding without selling — that supports prices while unlocks continue. Anyone treating a leaderboard position as an investment strategy should understand they are competing against millions of wallets for 185 seats, on a token the organizers themselves warn may stay volatile.

top 4 bagholders get an 18k gold watch, 989,000 wallets eat 3.81 billion in losses. the math on this promo is so grim

    1. and the leaderboard scores you on how long you hold, not on anything else. the biggest losers are literally ranked as the best customers

        1. dress code lmao. and the nov 12 snapshot locks the leaderboard 10 days before dinner, late buyers get a receipt and nothing else

    2. an 18k watch for the top 4 while the fine print lets the company change leaderboard rules anytime. its a raffle with extra steps

  2. holding a token down 97% from the january 2025 peak just to maybe get dinner on november 22. most tragic loyalty program ever invented

    1. worse than tragic, the leaderboard weights holding time so the deepest bagholders score highest. the gala is literally funded by the 3.81 billion in losses

  3. 989k wallets down 3.81b so 185 guys can have steak with the man. greatest wealth transfer in memecoin history

  4. Checked the leaderboard when this was announced. Most of the top 185 wallets bought in the first hours at launch. The dinner was priced in from minute one.

    1. matches the wallet history too. most of the top 185 bought in the first hours at launch and never sold, they get rewarded for trapping everyone below them

  5. nov 12 snapshot means anyone buying now is donating to the leaderboard whales. 989k wallets already learned that lesson the hard way

  6. nov 12 snapshot means whales only need to hold six more weeks to lock a seat, then dump into whoever is still buying the dream. seen this movie
