+80069% in a year and the backtest still lost 81%. thats the most honest thing ive read all week, these systems eat you alive on chop
the 80069% column is doing heavy lifting here lmao, thats a one time re-rating not a system you can trade
the 80069 percent column needs an asterisk the size of the chart lmao. since inception stats on a one time re-rating are comedy
lmao the asterisk would be bigger than the table. one retro re-rating does the 80069 and everyone acts like its repeatable
+80069 percent year and the backtest still loses 81 percent is all you need to know about system fit on micro caps
6 bull factors, 1 bear, and the call is still WAIT? the single bearish item is a falling 50d. these trend systems hedge so hard they say nothing lol
^ nothing happening is kind of the point tho, RSI 53.3 at this range means no one is chasing yet. thats usually when the entry is decent
trend systems on adx 17.9 always hedge, thats the honest answer. range coins chop up bulls and bears equally until the 50d turns
to be fair the one bear item, that falling 50d, has eaten every golden cross on GRAM since 1.84. waiting IS the signal at adx 17.9
wait IS the answer at adx 17.9 though. a trend system that forces trades inside a 10 percent range is how the 81 percent backtest loss becomes a live one
Holding GRAM above the 50d at 1.40 with that 1Y track record makes sense, but ADX at 17.9 says no trend to follow. Stage 1 bottoming calls are where patience goes to die.
22.8% off the 1.84 high with OBV rising and a golden cross already in. If this is Stage 1 bottoming I will happily accumulate 1.42 range.
1.42 with adx at 17.9 means waiting months for the payoff. fine if you have patience, i laddered 1.35 to 1.30 instead
Laddering into a coin with a falling 50 day is brave. Respect the patience but I want ADX to at least clear 25 before committing anything.
Resistance at 1.56 is only about 10% away and the 50d is falling. I sold half at 1.50 last week, waiting for either a breakout close or a retest of 1.30.
^ retest of 1.30 is the play imo, OBV climbing but support that fresh rarely holds first touch
sold half at 1.50 too but that 1.30 retest better hold first touch or this becomes a breakdown trade real quick
1.30 held first touch but on thin volume, second tests usually break. honestly watching 1.56 more than the floor from here
second touch of 1.30 on better volume than the first is my tell. if it absorbs there im adding, if it slices im out entirely
second touch on better volume is decent logic but the falling 50d has eaten every bounce since 1.84. i want the daily close, not the touch
daily close crew is right. fakeouts on GRAM have wicked both sides of 1.30 twice already, touch traders keep donating
selling half at 1.50 and watching 1.30 is the balanced take. full positions into adx 17.9 is exactly how the backtest loses 81 percent
falling 50d with resistance at 1.56, hold is the right call. golden crosses on small range coins are noise until volume shows up
ADX 17.9 with price pinned between 1.30 and 1.56 is the definition of wait. range traders eat better than trend followers on this one
range traders eat better until 1.56 breaks on real volume, then they flip short on the retest. adx 17.9 just means nobody gets paid this month
a 10k plan into adx 17.9 is basically a paid lesson in waiting. which fine, cheaper than chasing
6 bull factors and the model still says wait because adx 17.9. the only honest output a trend system can give on GRAM right now
six bull factors and the verdict is wait because one falling 50d. honestly prefer that to the influencers laddering 1.42 on vibes
