Second PUMP writeup in two days with a different author and the same WAIT verdict. Would love to know what actually changed between Oliver Schmidt and Marcus Reid.
^ the RSI moved from 41 to 42.2 lmao, groundbreaking stuff
lmao fair, but stage 1 calls are always boring. no edge means no trade, RSI noise or not
rsi 41 to 42.2 is the most honest datapoint here. coiling means no edge, and no edge means the plan is simply wait
this is the read. rsi pinned near 41 for a week means the seller is exhausted but so is the buyer. wait for the range to resolve instead of guessing
coiling near rsi 41 for a week tho, the first resolution candle is usually violent. wait is fine until it isnt
agreed on the coil, but the 50d falling while the 200d holds means it resolves down first more often than not. let it show its hand
the 50d/200d spread compressing while rsi sits at 42 is textbook coil tho. i want the resolution candle on volume before believing either side
what changed is oliver ran it at 35k on the 25th and marcus reran it at 30k a day later. consistency is the feature, not a bug
two authors, same verdict is what people claim they want until they get it. stage 1 with no edge is the answer either way you run it
stage 1 discipline is why i still hold this one tbh. boring beats catching a knife a third off the high
stage 1 discipline is fine until the golden cross argument breaks. price under the 50d for this long is the part that gets me
the 50d is a lagging tell tho, it broke after the 33.8% dump was mostly done. what decides this is the 200d holding, and marcus sizing 30k into stage 1 clearly thinks it holds
if the 200d breaks the whole stage 1 read is moot anyway. 30k at -33.8% is a toe in, not conviction
marcus cutting the deployment from 35k to 30k a day after oliver ran 35k is the quiet tell. neither wanted to be the guy leaning bullish after a 33.8 percent drawdown
30k vs 35k matters less than both running wait after a 33.8% drawdown. sizing tells you conviction, the verdict is theater
verdict theater is exactly it. both authors waited, the 30k vs 35k gap is just who flinched on sizing after the 33.8 percent dump
or oliver sized before the drawdown deepened and marcus sized after. 5k off a deployment isnt a signal, its a calendar
the 30k cut after oliver ran 35k is two authors saying the same thing politely. wait verdict with a smaller check is the least surprising output possible
or marcus just sized to his own book. two authors dont owe each other matching deployment numbers, the shared WAIT verdict is the actual signal
pump down 33.8 percent off the high with RSI hugging 41 for a week. coiling for something, no tell which way yet
33.8% off the high with rsi flatlining near 41 for a week. first real move probably eats either side of the range, alerts set and waiting
deployment cut from 35k to 30k in 24h and nobody flags it as the actual signal. wait verdict with a smaller seat is still a smaller seat
a smaller seat in stage 1 is just risk management. two wait verdicts beat one guy yoloing a knife catch 33.8 percent off the highs
+189 percent over 6 months and somehow the freshest datapoint is rsi 41. the backtest says wait, the chart says wait, im doing other things this week
