65% down from 399 and the verdict is still wait? the 50d rising is nice but 5 bear factors vs 3 bull ones says everything. holding my nose and my bags
thats kind of the point of a trend following system though. you dont catch the bottom, you wait for confirmation. stage 1 bottoming means the signal hasnt fired yet, not that the asset is dead
backtest stings but -17 vs -40 buy and hold is still a save over 2 years. happy to wait, 133 support looks thin with that volume ratio anyway
135 while sitting on the biggest lending book in defi. aave v3 revenue keeps printing through the whole drawdown, people forget this thing was at 399 a year ago
revenue argument gets weaker every cycle imo. fees flow to safety module stakers, token doesnt capture much of it directly. i trade the chart, golden cross or nothing
same. dropped the value accrual thesis back in 2024, the chart is the only honest part of this token now
revenue printing and the token still ate a 65% drawdown from 399. thats the whole bear case in one sentence
65% drawdown while revenue kept growing is exactly why i stopped tying my thesis to tvl. protocol wins, token doesnt automatically. wait is the right call
hold verdict with a staged entry tranche at 128 is just dca with extra steps lol. not hating, the 4h support read is solid
staged entries are how every size account actually does it tho. 128 tranche, lower one if rsi keeps bleeding. nothing wrong with admitting there is no edge here
