Trend-following methodology: 50d/200d MA crossover + RSI filter + ADX regime gate

First SELL rating I have seen from this engine and it lands on ATOM below both the 50d and 200d at 1.62. Support at 1.60 is basically the current price. Thin cushion.
1.60 support under a 13.5 ADX is barely a floor. If BTC sneezes this goes straight to 1.40.
1.40 feels generous tbh. ATOM overshoots on flushes, the 2022 bottom landed well below everyones support line
the 2022 bottom landed way below every support line people drew back then. if this flush rhymes youre looking at the 1.20s, 1.40 is a speed bump
the 2022 flush took atom to numbers people blocked from memory. if this rhymes, 1.40 is a rest stop on the way to levels nobody wants to type
2022 bottom landed in 4.50 territory if memory serves. if the 1.60 shelf cracks the overshoot gets ugly fast
13.5 ADX means the trend engine is asleep, price drifts wherever btc points it. the 1.60 shelf is a coin flip with tape that dead
1.40 assumes btc cooperates. first SELL rating at -85% off the 10.64 high is classic capitulation timing, still not fighting a tape this dead tho
thin cushion is generous, the 1.60 support sits like 1.2% under spot. one red btc candle and this whole shelf gets memory holed
stakeduck_ a 1.2% cushion with btc this twitchy is basically no cushion. one red candle retests 1.40 and the 2022 rhyme petter mentioned stops sounding like a joke
1.40 as a floor assumes the 2022 flush even rhymes. atom had real airdrop traffic back then, this cycle the chain is way quieter
the quiet chain is the part nobody prices. 2022 atom had the cosmos airdrop machine running under it, this time there is no hidden bid below 1.40
runar keeps coping but 610648 is right, there is no trend to exit. personally i think 1.74 only matters if btc stops dumping first
atom down 30.6% on the year yet the 3m chart is +6.6%, make it make sense. im out anyway, sold at 1.74
1.74 is basically the local top, nice exit. the 3m +6.6% is just chop inside the bleed
the 3m +6.6% is just the september bounce inside the bleed, both numbers are true at once. congrats on the 1.74 exit tho
first SELL from this engine and its 84% off the 10.64 high. bold rating, awkward timing
the SELL at 84% down is awkward timing but at least honest. most engines flip bullish right at the bottom
honest is doing heavy lifting, the engine held bullish through the entire 84% ride and now pats itself on the back for exiting at 1.62
first SELL after months of holds and the engine gets honest at -85%. late, but at least it stopped pretending support means anything under a 13.5 adx
84.7% off the high and the engine finally says AVOID. trend systems are always late to the party, at least this one is honest about it
First SELL from this engine and it lands 84.7% below the 10.64 high. Trend systems mark the burial, never the death. Below both MAs with 1.60 a speed bump, no bounce gets trusted until it clears 1.74
Nneka nailed it, marking the burial not the death. same engines rode every bounce on the way down from 10.64, now they want credit for printing SELL at 1.62
marking the burial is right. my question is who actually gets filled at 1.62 with a 1.2 percent cushion, the slip alone puts you in the 1.50s
RSI 40.7 with ADX 13.5 is the textbook definition of chop. calling SELL into a tape this dead is the one thing id question, there is no trend to exit
