  1. The backtest table shows zero trades and 0% return, which basically means the system never triggered in 2 years. Hard to call that a signal either way.

    1. 0 trades in 2y and they still published a deployment plan for 30k lmao. support at 1.04 is the only line i care about here

      1. publishing a plan with zero triggers is the point of a WAIT, its a pre-commit so you dont improvise at the line. discipline is cheap until it gets tested

      2. 0 trades in 2y just means the filters are strict and nothing forced a signal. most stacks would trade just to look busy

          1. fair point on the ATOM backtest, though comparing a +517% runner to a dead tape feels generous to the engine

          2. the ATOM comparison feels generous to the engine. that one caught a real runner, PEARL is a march wick and then silence

          3. zero trades is a feature until the filter is just broken lol. the 29% win rate ATOM log says both can be true

          4. lol exactly, discipline and a dead filter look identical until price tags 1.04 and you find out which one you had

          5. discipline vs broken filter, exact framing. the saving grace of PEARL is the plan only risks 30k of a 12k stack, so WAIT costs patience instead of capital

          6. the discipline flex only pays if 1.04 ever prints though. sitting in cash through a +517% quarter is its own form of losing

      3. publishing the 30k plan with zero triggers is fine, its the trigger that matters. if 1.04 never prints the cash never leaves

      4. the plan without triggers is the honest part. the uncomfortable part is 2 years of data and the system still has zero read on this thing

    2. Right, a no-trigger backtest over two years is still data. It says the edge hasnt shown up for PEARL yet, which fits the WAIT call.

  2. support at 1.04 under a 1.72 price means the engine expects a 40% pullback before entry. either that or the filters just never fire, both fit the WAIT

    1. or the engine just treats the march wick as noise and expects a retest of the launch range. either way nobody sane is deploying above 1.3 on this one

  3. a HOLD with one march wick in two years of tape is basically the engine admitting there is no setup yet. fine by me, idle capital beats chasing a 1.04 tag that hasnt printed

    1. Agreed Sanna, sitting on cash when the tape is completely flat is the right call. No reason to force an entry at 1.72 when there’s zero momentum confirming the move.

  4. 2 years of tape and the engines only contribution to PEARL is WAIT. honestly the +517% march wick would have been a gift to fade, missing it is fine by me

    1. fine until the wick prints without you again. one trigger in 24 months and it will be the exact one you second guessed on the way in
