  1. RSI 24.5 on AKT is brutal. barely any bounces. been watching this one since 4 dollars thinking it was cheap at 2

  2. 9 bearish factors vs 1 bullish. only the golden cross keeping it alive. when even the support at 42 cents feels fragile you know the trend is cooked

  3. Akash is actually one of the few utility tokens in crypto. compute marketplace is real. just badly timed with the broader selloff. long term this is fine imo

    1. @Yuki M. utility doesnt mean anything for price though. plenty of useful protocols with tokens down 90%+

    2. the marketplace bills in dollars tho. akash can be genuinely useful and AKT still captures nothing if fee burn stays a rounding error, utility and value accrual are different problems

      1. fee burn only kicks in when providers actually settle in akt. most tenants on akash net out in usdc per the deployment notes, usage up and token flat is the whole bear case

        1. tenants settling in usdc is the whole akash dilemma in one line. usage denominated in dollars, a token collateralized in hope

      2. the USDC settlement point is the whole thesis in one line. usage stats climb, akt fee burn stays a rounding error, sell rating writes itself

  4. backtest made 7% while buy and hold lost 77%. trend following actually saved you here. respect the system

    1. desolate_apc_ backtest outperforming buy and hold by 84 points doesnt mean trend following works, it means AKT is in a structural downtrend. different thing

    2. The 7% backtest against minus 77% buy and hold is the part everyone skips. You didn’t need a short thesis, you needed to not sit still and let the trend system do its job.

  5. 35K deployment into AKT with a sell rating is interesting. The AI compute demand cycle doesn’t care about your deployment schedule

    1. ai demand also ignores sell ratings lol. akt at 0.43 with enterprise gpu contracts ramping is the kind of fight where both sides stay right for a year

  6. 91 percent drawdown from 52w high and the SELL rating came out now? where was this analysis at 3 dollars lol

    1. RendersNerd SELL rating at 91% drawdown is wild. where was this analysis at 3 or 4 dollars. trend following that only works in hindsight

      1. rendersnerd 91 percent drawdown from 4.93 is harsh but this is the exact chart pattern of infrastructure tokens that find product market fit two years late. AKT might be dead money until the next AI hype cycle

      2. hindsight_hedger

same reason every trend system sells late, the signal needs the breakdown to exist first. annoying, but the alternative is guessing bottoms alongside the rest of the bagholders

  7. AKT down 64% from highs and they’re saying sell? The deployment plan contradicts the rating. Pick a side

  8. AKT from 4.93 to 0.43 is a 91% drawdown and the AI compute thesis is still valid. the token price and the protocol usage are completely disconnected

    1. Anya P. the protocol works fine, token capture is the problem. Akash could process every AI workload on earth and AKT still would not move if providers settle in USDC

    2. disconnected for now. akash gpu demand cycles with ai training runs, the token catches up when fee burn actually moves. until then its just a chart with a thesis attached

  9. a SELL rating printed 91% below the 4.93 high with RSI reading 24.5. the model finally shows up to the funeral lol

  10. a sell printed 91 percent below the 4.93 high is backwards looking by definition. where was this model at the top, thats the only credibility question that matters

  11. SELL at 0.43 after the token already did the 91 percent work is comedy. ratings like this should come with a timestamp of where they were at 4 dollars
