  1. WAIT is the honest call here. Price sitting under the 200 day at 1.74 while the system flags Stage 3 topping. If 1.33 gives way I want nothing to do with the bounce attempts after.

  2. I remember ATOM at 10. Held the whole way down through the IBC hype fade. The 25 percent position sizing rule in this plan would have saved me a world of pain back then.

    1. same but inverse, dumped my bag around 4 and its still the best trade i ever made lol. agree on sizing though, 1.71 resistance is the line, not an entry signal

    2. same experience here, sold near 9 and friends rode it all the way down. that 25 percent sizing rule is cheaper than therapy lol

    3. The sizing rule only saves you if you actually follow it. Most of us learned position sizing the expensive way, ATOM included.

  3. 1.52 against a 52 week high of 10.64 and the verdict is HOLD. system sees the 1.33 support and refuses to panic i guess

    1. counted the same shelf, three touches since june on rising volume each time. if it goes on the fourth attempt every bounce entry above 1.45 turns into exit liquidity

      1. fourth touch on rising sell volume is the tell though. buyers get weaker each bounce, if the 1.33 shelf goes the 12k plan never even triggers

      2. fourth touch on rising volume is usually the one that breaks. if 1.33 gives way the hold verdict ages terribly, watching from flat

          1. flat and watching is a position too. ATOM burned enough people on the third touch that the fourth breaking down would surprise nobody who has held since 2022

  4. hold at stage 3 is generous, most systems would say trim at minimum. that 1.33 cushion is doing a lot of work in this verdict

    1. trim implies someone bids your size near 1.52. liquidity under 1.40 on ATOM is paper thin, hold and letting the system decide at 1.33 is the only executable version of your point

      1. this. everyone models the trim price, nobody models the slippage on a book that thin. hold and let 1.33 decide is the only executable version

        1. slippage on a ghost book is the real stop level. if 1.33 goes on thin volume your exit is 1.29 before the order fills, the chart does not show that

          1. thin book point again but nobody prices it. if 1.33 goes on air your stop is a suggestion, not a level

      2. thin book point is underrated. even the 1.33 stop assumes a bidder actually shows up, ATOM depth has been ghost town tier for months

  5. sold my ATOM bag at 2.10 and watching 1.33 from the sidelines. keeping 12k planned against an 85.7 percent drawdown is patience, the 1.74 line decides whether it pays

    1. 1.74 is the 200 day too right? decision line and trend line are the same number. if that goes the hold verdict was wrong at any entry price

      1. if the 200 day and the trend line are the same 1.74 number thats one decision wearing two names. at least the stop math is simple

      2. Surviving to the next cycle is the whole game. Held ATOM from 9 down to 2 and the only thing that saved me was keeping the position small. Sizing talk sounds boring until it’s the reason you’re still here.

  6. 12k planned against an 85.7 percent drawdown is the real takeaway. sizing beats entry, the whole point is surviving to the next cycle

    1. 85.7 percent drawdown and the plan still exists. thats what surviving 2022 looked like, sizing talk beats entry talk every time

  7. 12k planned with 85.7 percent drawdown context is the only sane way to read these deployment pieces. the verdict matters less than the sizing math.
