a tokenized HELOC product at 1.04 with 3% from its high, most boring chart on the site. hold is the right call, no edge either way
8 of 9 factors bullish and the call is WAIT. that’s the system admitting the -43% backtest contradicts the pretty chart
yep, ADX 6.5 is a flat market with no edge either direction. why this even gets a 15,000 deployment plan is beyond me
Same template energy as every RWA writeup on here. At least the HOLD is honest, most engines would slap a BUY on 8 of 9 bullish factors and call it a day.
the -43% backtest overruling 8 bullish factors is the system accidentally being honest for once
8 of 9 bullish and the engine still says WAIT because the backtest screams. more honest than most human analysts tbh
8 bullish factors and the -43 percent backtest still wins the argument. range traders get paid, conviction traders get chopped, HOLD it is
figure actually has real loan volume behind it, rare for the RWA shelf. still not trading a 1.04-1.08 range for 4% upside
FIGR_HELOC moves like a stablecoin that occasionally wakes up. 2.57% daily vol with resistance at 1.08, i’m not touching this
Traded this range for months, 1.04 to 1.08 over and over. Boring until an RWA headline catches and it gaps. HOLD is correct.
ran that same 1.04 to 1.08 range for weeks, half the bounces died at 1.06 before the top even printed. the RWA headline does all the work, the chart does nothing
agreed, the 1.04 vs 1.08 high band is basically a stablecoin with extra steps. heloc tokens are the least exciting hold in the portfolio
a stablecoin that occasionally gaps on an RWA headline, thats the whole pitch. the 4 percent is why anyone holds at all
heloc yield gets securitized and resold twice before it reaches this token. the 4 percent is whatever survives three layers of fees
8 of 9 factors bullish and the backtest still prints -43 percent. the chart is pretty, the simulation is ugly, hold is the only honest verdict available
lump sum beat DCA by barely 1.6% over a year, thats a coin flip. HOLD rating doing exactly what it says on the tin
figured 15k into a helco product at 1.04, the yield must be doing the heavy lifting because price action sure isnt
the yield is the entire product honestly, price is just the wrapper. as long as distributions keep hitting, who cares if it sleeps at 1.04
agreed but thats also the risk. one skipped distribution and the 1.04 floor stops being support. yield tokens trade the payout schedule, not the chart
one missed distribution and this becomes the rwa version of a dividend cut. the 1.04 floor is trust, not support
trust not support is exactly it. the 1.04 floor has never been tested by an actual missed distribution, only gapped over on headlines
agreed, but yield products live and die by the distributions. one missed payout and that 1.04 floor becomes 0.98 support real fast
2.57 pct daily vol on a loan token is basically a savings account with wifi. the backtest printing -43 is the funniest self own on the site
2.57 daily vol on something backed by heloc paper is actually the anomaly. the -43 backtest is the markets way of saying rate risk is hiding in the vault
watch the distribution schedule not the factors. one clean monthly payout at 4 pct and WAIT becomes the easiest hold on the board
8 of 9 bullish factors and a WAIT because one backtest column screams -43. the machine being able to overrule itself is the whole product
