1 bull factor against 8 bear factors, price under both moving averages. The system is pretty clear here, no idea why anyone would deploy 12k into this
@Tobias bc its at 1.21 near support 1.03, contrarians love catching stage 3 tops lol
1 bull vs 8 bear is generous imo. the only bull case is that support at 1.03 exists, and stage 3 declines do not care about round numbers
the lone bull case is basically that 1.03 is a round number. rising 50d with price under it just means the stage 3 decline is young, not that support holds
exactly. support tested three times is support being sold into, stage 3 declines do not respect round numbers
8 bear factors was generous bc the single bull factor is literally just that support exists. that aint a thesis
1.03 holding three tests is the only reason the short isnt free. one flush below and the 8 bear factors turn into 12 real quick
4% ATR daily on a meme L1, resistance at 1.51 might as well be on the moon. good writeup tho, stage 3 call looks right
-77% from the 4.57 high and some people still need a SELL signal explained to them. RSI 38 and below the 50d, this one is cooked
@chartmoron right? the 1 bull vs 8 bear factors line is basically the whole thesis. 50d rising means nothing when price is below it lol
curious why resistance is listed at 1.51 when 1Y ago it was trading there. that level feels like a lifetime away from 1.05
resistance at 1.51 is where the bagholders who bought the 4.57 breakdown are waiting to exit. its a wall of trapped buyers, not a technical level
trapped buyers at 1.51 is right but 1.03 support already got tested three times. one more tap and it gives
one more tap and it gives is exactly why deploying anything here confuses me lol. if 1.03 breaks theres basically no floor left on a meme L1 down 77 percent, where does even a short thesis pay out below that
thats the part the SELL rating handwaves. below 1.03 there is no structure until the 0.70s, the short pays but fills get worse the further it runs
the 0.70s gap is why i would wait for the retest instead of shorting the break. first leg down always overshoots and fills get ugly, Kofi is right about that
RSI 38 below the 50d while ATR runs 4 percent a day. too fast to short, too dead to long. flat is a position too
deploying 12k against your own SELL signal is basically paying tuition to short a 4 percent ATR meme L1. hope those stops are wide
with 4% daily ATR the stop has to sit like 8% away just to survive the wicks. at that size the risk per unit eats the entire short thesis before fees
8 percent stops on a 4 percent ATR name means the wick eats you then it goes your way. short only works on the break and hold, not the tap
exactly, at 8 percent stops on a 4 percent ATR name you get wicked out twice before the thesis pays. the short is only clean after 1.03 actually breaks
Deploying 12k into a SELL rated meme L1 to scalp 2-3 percent moves feels like it exists mostly to feed the backtest log
deploying 12k against your own SELL rating is the funniest part of this writeup. the backtest log eats either way lol
