Trend-following methodology: 50d/200d MA crossover + RSI filter + ADX regime gate
Data via Yahoo Finance / CoinGecko · Not financial advice. For educational purposes only.
9 bull factors and 0 bear, ADX at 56, and they still call it a deployment plan and not just chasing strength. to be fair trend following has been printing this year
The 19.9 percent stop basically proves your point. R:R of 1.16 with a stop that wide means they are just betting the halving narrative carries it
RSI at 65.7 is already stretched. Buying ZEC 10% off the high with momentum this hot usually means eating a pullback first
Disagree on the RSI point, shielded pool volume has been climbing with price, that changes the usual playbook
nah what changes the playbook is the halving supply cut being this close. 1.52x volume on an up day is just confirmation tbh
counterpoint on the RSI 65.7 read: in a trend this strong it can pin up there for weeks, ADX 56 backs that up. but yeah, the 924 stop is doing a lot of heavy lifting in this plan
3k across 2 tranches with a 25 percent cash buffer is at least sane sizing for a 12k portfolio. targets feel thin though, 1376 to 1510 is barely a stretch from current price
