Stage 2 uptrend on something still down 81.4% from its 1.32 high. the system is brave ill give it that. death cross on the 200d doesnt exactly scream deploy either
stage 2 calls at 81 percent off the high are how bags get averaged into. but a hard 0.19 invalidation at least makes it a trade instead of a prayer
the death cross is lagging data tho, 3m is +51.3% and OBV accumulation with vol ratio 2.37 says buyers are actually showing up
stage 2 calls always look brave 80 percent off the high, that”’s literally where they form. the 0.19 invalidation is what makes it tradeable
price 0.25, resistance 0.26. one good candle and this whole chart flips, been watching that level all week
Been bag holding ADA since 0.6 so a BUY signal at 0.25 is honestly therapeutic lol. support at 0.19 at least gives a real invalidation level
also stuck since 0.6 lol. difference now is theres an actual plan, 0.19 invalidation on a 0.25 entry is a tighter stop than anything i ever set myself
0.26 breaking on real volume would be the first time all year though. every ada bounce since spring died right under it, ill believe it when a candle closes above
a daily close above 0.26 with OBV still above 2 and even the death cross crowd flips bullish. until then its another spring bounce in a long downtrend
0.26 has rejected every ada bounce since spring, true. but an OBV vol ratio of 2.37 is the first datapoint all year saying this attempt is different
fair skepticism but 3m is +51.3 with an OBV vol ratio of 2.37, thats a different profile than the spring bounces. if 0.26 closes on real volume you get your answer within days
that obv ratio is what finally got me averaging down from 0.6. one close above 0.26 and im whole on the year, one wick to 0.19 and its canned soup again lol
obv ratio holding while price chops under 0.26 is the classic accumulation fingerprint. the canned soup risk is real but the tape says someone is buying every dip
canned soup crew checking in, my bags from 0.55 say hi. one good week of closes and we all get to be geniuses again lol
whole on the year from a 0.6 bag needs more than one 0.26 close grandma, thats like a 140 percent rally from here. but yeah obv 2.37 is the first thing all year that actually smells like accumulation
fair, but none of those bounces had OBV vol ratio at 2.37. this one either confirms in days or joins the pile
calling Stage 2 while the 200d death cross is still printed on the same chart takes guts. but OBV with a 2.37 volume ratio doesnt usually lie, someone is quietly loading the 0.25 area
0.19 invalidation on a 0.25 entry is an actual risk defined trade. more discipline than 90 percent of ada takes i have aped over the years
the 0.19 invalidation being a full 24 percent below entry is the honest part most writeups hide. sizing to survive that gap is the actual trade
exactly this. 24 percent of air between entry and invalidation means half size or nothing, anyone full size at 0.25 is gambling with a stop loss drawn on
OBV vol ratio 2.37 is the kind of datapoint that either confirms in three days or ages terribly. watching the 0.26 close on real volume is the whole thesis, nothing else matters
three days is generous, 0.26 has been the wall since spring. give it a week of closes above on real volume or this ages like every other bounce
a week of real volume closes above 0.26 hasnt happened since spring, thats the catch. obv can stay elevated for months while price goes nowhere
Fair point on the volume closes. But OBV grinding up while price sits flat under 0.26 is how quiet bases print. Not calling a rescue for the 0.6 bags, just saying 0.26 looks more like a floor than a ceiling this time.
stage 2 call with a death cross still printed on the chart, brave. but 3m +51.3 while price sits flat is the one divergence that got me finally adding under 0.26
