Trend-following methodology: 50d/200d MA crossover + RSI filter + ADX regime gate

BTC at 78k with a death cross still on the chart and they call it a stage 2 uptrend. ADX 40.4 tho so i get it, trend followers eat good in that kind of regime
death cross is the lagging indicator of all lagging indicators, we already bounced hard off the 52598 low. by the time it flips back bullish the entry will be way above 80k
78k and eth still beating you 55.9% to 30.2% over 3 months lmao. the flippening clock keeps running
ETH outperforming in a risk-on rally is the normal script. Check the 1 year column, BTC is -11.6% versus -17.4% for ETH.
3 months is a rookie window. zoom out to the 1 year column and it is -11.6 vs -17.4, btc bleeds less when it actually matters
stop at 69253 on a 2500 position feels tight for something that showed a -25.7% max drawdown in the backtest. one volatile week and youre out of the trade
backtest only lost 4.7% vs -5.5% buy and hold with 48% win rate on 66 trades. the tight stop is kinda the whole point, it caps the damage
the -25.7% drawdown was buy and hold though, the whole system exists to cut that. tight stop is a feature not a bug when your win rate sits under 50%
resistance at 81235 is right there, one clean push and the death cross cope is dead for good
deploying 10k only works if you actually respect the 69253 stop. most people here will slide it lower the first red day and turn a 4.7% backtest loss into a 30% real one
